The drill simulated a fire at Apliu Street in Sham Shui Po, with residents trapped on the rooftop of a building. Fire appliances raised turntable ladders for rescue, while street stall vendors and residents evacuated to an assembly point.

This exercise was co-organized by the Sham Shui Po District Fire Safety Committee, Sham Shui Po District Office, Fire Services Department, and the Apliu Street Vendors Association, with over a hundred staff members participating. Given the presence of street stalls and '3-nil' buildings in Apliu Street, the fire risk is relatively high. This drill aims to raise fire safety awareness among residents.
