To exchange views on the FSD's services and latest policy initiatives;
To monitor the FSD's delivery of services against the performance targets;
To suggest and comment on ways of improving the FSD's services;
To disseminate the FSD's information to the community; and
To mobilise community resources in support of the FSD's policy initiatives, including but not limited to the promotion of fire safety and emergency preparedness.
