To effectively implement district fire services policies, the FSD sets the annual public safety
publicity theme every year in the light of the fires and disasters that year. Following the 
FSDCCN's deliberation and formulation of an implementation plan, assistance will be sought
from District Offices and their DFSCs in mobilising local resources to implement the policies and measures.
