As autumn sets in, dry and windy conditions can increase the risk of fire. The Fire Services Department, together with members of the District Fire Safety Committee(Tsuen Wan District) and staff from the Home Affairs Department(Tsuen Wan District), held a fire safety activity at the Yuen Yuen Institute in Tsuen Wan. The activity featured a fire safety talk and a fire extinguisher demonstration, providing around 60 staff members of the Institute with fire prevention and emergency response knowledge, and helping to enhance fire safety at the temple. With the Chung Yeung Festival approaching, fire prevention leaflets were also distributed to visitors to the Institute to raise public awareness of hill fire prevention.
