On March 29, 2026, members of the Divisional Public Safety Team and Lei Muk Shue Fire Station, in collaboration with the Tsuen Wan District Council, the Tsuen Wan District Office, the Tsuen Wan District Fire Safety Committee, and representatives from the Community Emergency Responders, conducted a fire safety seminar and home visit program at Hoi Pa Village in Tsuen Wan.

During the event, "Three Treasures of Fire Safety"—consisting of fire extinguishers, fire blankets, and stand-alone fire detectors—were distributed to residents. Villagers were also taught the steps for using fire hose reels through the mnemonic "Break, Turn, Pull, and Aim." Furthermore, the team visited elderly residents in the village to assess their home fire safety conditions, promote fire response methods, and assist those in need with the installation of stand-alone fire detectors.
