The District Fire Safety Committee (Sai Kung District), together with the Sai Kung District Office, FSDCERHP(Sai Kung District), FSDCER(Sai Kung District), Sai Kung District FAST Connect, the members of Sai Kung Fire Station, Tai Chik Sha Fire Station, and Po Lam Fire Station, distributed hill fire prevention promotional items and leaflets to visitors at Sai Kung Waterfront Park, outside Junk Bay Chinese Permanent Cemetery and Tiu Keng Leng MTR Station. The campaign aimed to raise awareness of preventing hill fire, reminding people to exercise caution during grave sweeping, protecting the countryside, and contributing to preserving the district's beautiful natural scenery.
Additionally, on the same day, volunteers promoted fire prevention on vessels fire and typhoon shelters at Sai Kung Public Pier and the mooring area near Chin Sin Street.
