District Officer (Sai Kung) Ms. Ma King-fan, Kathy, JP, together with Mr. Chu Man-chiu, Divisional Commander of Kowloon East Division of the Fire Services Department, and the East and West Hang Hau Care Teams, visited Sai Kung Shui Pin Tsuen and Tseung Kwan O Ma Yau Tong Village. During the visit, they met with disadvantaged residents living in these villages, expressing care and concern, and took the opportunity to promote home fire safety awareness.
