District Officer (Sai Kung) Ms. MA King-fan, Kathy, JP, together with Mr. Ho Kin-ho, Divisional Officer of Kowloon East Division of the Fire Services Department, and members of the Choi Kin and Kin Ming Care Teams, visited Choi Ming Court and Kin Ming Estate in Tseung Kwan O. During the visit, they met with elderly residents living alone, expressing care and concern, and promoted home fire safety awareness.
