The Kwai Tsing District Officer, Mr. Tang Hin-kuen, JP, together with the Chairman of the District Fire Safety Committee (Kwai Tsing District), Mr. Wong Chun-fai, and other committee members, visited the Fire and Ambulance Services Academy in Tseung Kwan O and participated in the Fire Services Department's "three basic skills on emergency preparedness" training.
