The objective of the FSDCER Scheme is to equip members of the Hong Kong public with basic fire prevention and emergency knowledge. This is to enhance their ability and confidence in responding to emergencies such as fire, traffic accidents, drowning, hiking incidents, as well as to promote the learning of CPR and AED application in the community.
